As the race to access critical minerals intensifies, South Africa plans to take the G20 Critical Minerals Framework to the world.
Mineral and Petroleum Resources Minister Gwede Mantashe is urging countries on the continent to unite behind its minerals.
The Department, in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme, hosted the G20 Africa Critical Minerals Partnership Engagement in Sandton, Johannesburg, under the theme "Harnessing Critical Minerals for Inclusive Growth and Sustainable Development".
