The Mogalakwena municipality in Limpopo has commended Ivanplats Mine in Mokopane for what it calls an unwavering involvement in community development in the area.
During the opening of Ivanplants new mine in Mokopane two weeks ago, President Ramaphosa urged other mining companies to learn from Ivanplats' social and labour plan program.
Ivanplats has been operating in South Africa for more than three decades.
