Re-integrating Cameroonian combatants

In Anglophone areas of Cameroon, conflict between seperatist rebels and government forces have made the area dangerous, with atrocities being committed by both sides. Yet some rebels have handed themselves in to authorities, and live in heavily guarded re-integration camps designed to disarm them and transition back into civilian life. However, handing oneself over means many of the ex-fighters can never return home for fear of revenge attacks.
