The Democratic Republic of Congo's rumba king Papa Wemba has been post-humously awarded one of his country's highest honours. DR Congo president Joseph Kabila delivered a tribute to the singer and awarded him a grand officer award, for quote the "loyal and eminent services given to the nation".
