Russia has prepared 10 units Su-35 sukhoi for the Egyptian air force! In 2018 Russia signed a contract with Egypt to supply more than two dozen (possibly up to 30 units) Su-35 fighters and armaments for an estimated US $ 2 billion in contract.

On July 22, 2020, at the Tolmachevo (Novosibirsk) airport, netizens recorded the landing of the first five batches of Su-35 fighters, likely made for Egypt at the KnAAZ manufacturer and flying from Komsomolsk-on-Amur to the European part of Russia for further delivery to Egypt. The aircraft also lacks identification marks and has a tail number on its hull from 9210 to 9214.

It can be assumed that currently 10 Su-35 fighters with tail numbers from 9210 to 9219 have been built at KnAAZ for Egypt.

As such, Egypt is likely to become the second foreign buyer of Su-35 fighters after China, which received 24 aircraft in 2016-2018 under a 2015 contract worth an estimated US $ 2.5 billion.
