Five accused appeared in the Kempton Park Magistrates Court today for allegedly contravening the Regulation of Foreign Military Assistance Act. They were arrested at the weekend en-route to Russia.
They are allegedly part of a probe involving individuals who were intending to provide unlawful military assistance to Russia. The Hawks are yet to ascertain the role of the woman behind the recruitment.
