Rwanda's Kagame welcomes France opening archives on genocide

In tonight’s edition :  As commemorations were held in Paris to remember the approximately 800,000 lives lost in the Rwandan genocide against the Tutsis in 1994, France announced that it would open up presidential archives on Rwanda. Rwandan President Kagame welcomed France’s shift in position.  And after talks collapse in Kinshasa over the Grand Renaissance Dam. Egypt’s warned Addis Ababa that a dispute over the management of the dam could lead to conflict. And finally we’ll leave you with images of rap star Akon in Uganda looking for his next African investment.
