S Sudan marks 10th independence anniversary amid violence, ailing economy

Published
South Sudan recently marked 10 years of independence from Sudan to become the world’s youngest nation, but few are celebrating.
During those years, the country experienced a civil war that killed nearly 400,000 people and displaced millions.
The economy, heavily dependent on oil, also suffered.

Al Jazeera’s Haru Mutasa reports from the capital, Juba.
