The South African Council of Churches Gauteng has been hosting a Memorial Service in remembrance of the victims of the Saulsville mass killing.

Twelve people, including three children, were killed and 13 others injured during a shooting at an illegal tavern inside a hostel in Saulsville, Atteridgeville, on the 6th of December.

Authorities have since identified suspects. While the three suspects remain at large, the police have confirmed that their identities are now known.

SABC News Reporter Ofentse Setimo attended the Memorial Service and joins us live.
