Insurance player, SASRIA, in partnership with the Insurance Institute of South Africa, launched two skills development programmes last year.

This, in a bid to address the critical skills shortage in the short-term insurance industry, as well as reduce the high level of youth unemployment in the country. Nompumelelo Siziba filed this report.
