Sudden heavy rains in Egypt's capital, Cairo have left many city-dwellers surprised as the streets flooded, forcing the government to shut down schools and universities. Authorities are now rushing to clear out the water, with the Egyptian meteorological authority saying that it's working to boost its forecast capabilities.
