In Senegal, delayed local elections are taking place.
The vote is seen as a test for President Macky Sall as well as the opposition.
Sall had attempted the amendment of the constitution to allow him to run for a third term.
Al Jazeera's Nicolas Haque travelled to the remote town of Guinguineo in the central region of Senegal to follow the campaign.
