The International Conference on Sustainable Development and Sustainable Debt took place in Dakar, Senegal. President Macky Sall officiated the conference with several African Heads of State in attendance. The Managing Director of IMF, the United Nations Vice Secretary and the Circle of Economists also attended the event. CGTN's Terry Wangari has more.
