It is unclear whether Sierra Leone can start the 42 days countdown to be declared Ebola free. 28 people remain in quarantine being observed for signs of Ebola. But on Monday the country release from hospital its last confirmed Ebola case - so it's hoped that the country can start the countdown soon. CCTV's Kathryn Ogunde reports
