Somalia's new Prime Minister, Hamza Abdi Barre, was sworn in Saturday after all 220 lawmakers in the parliament approved his appointment. Barre told Mps he felt "the burden of the responsibility" on his back to form a quality government for the troubled Horn of Africa nation.
