Somalia wants its army rebuilt and equipped so as to liberate the country from Al-Shabaab and take over the country's national security. But the force has been under funded and poorly equipped for years. Now, the Somali Prime Minister says he is on a mission to restore the once powerful army. CCTV's Abdulaziz Billow reports.
