War-torn South Sudan struggles to rebuild

The United Nations Security Council is due to visit South Sudan for the second time since it gained independence in 2011.
The visit comes three weeks ahead of the planned formation of a transitional government and as the country tries to recover from nearly six years of war.

Al Jazeera's Hiba Morgan reports from the capital, Juba.
