The car theft rate in South Africa is one of the highest in the world. More than 11 000 cars were stolen in the country in 2013 alone. With a rather low recovery rate, Its no surprise that when owners lose their cars, they give up hope immediately of ever seeing it again. Well it was quite a surprise when one very lucky man from Pretoria got to see his car again 22 years later
