A former bodybuilder in South Africa is teaching a group of grandmothers how to box in one of Johannesburg's poorest suburbs. And they're swapping diabetes tablets for boxing gloves in a bid to boost their ailing bodies and reduce their high blood pressure. CGTN's Julie Scheier tells us more about the Boxing Grannies.
