The Presidency of South Africa has chimed in on what has been dubbed as the "Starlink directive", stating that President Cyril Ramaphosa will endorse a process that is within the law.
This as Communications and Digital Technologies Minister, Solly Malatsi's recent directive, has seemingly raised the ire of the ANC and deputy Minister Mondli Gungubele.
