Suspected Central African militia leaders plead not guilty for war crimes

In tonight's edition: A former Central African Republic football boss and a lawmaker nicknamed Rambo deny war crime charges in the Hague. The pair are accused of heading up militia groups that terrorized communities during the country's 2013-2014 civil war. The G5 Sahel summit wraps up with African leaders vowing to press on with crackdowns on terrorist groups in the region and Chad announcing the deployment of troops  between Mali, Niger and Burkina Faso. And visitors to Nairobi's main airport are met with a robotic response as Kenya tries to minimize the risk of exposure to Covid-19.
