Suspects in alleged Russian recruitment case postponed to Monday

The Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation is not ruling out the possibility of more arrests around the alleged recruitment of South Africans for the Russia-Ukraine war. Five accused appeared in the Kempton Park Magistrates Court today for allegedly contravening the Regulation of Foreign Military Assistance Act. They were arrested at the weekend en-route to Russia. Their case has been postponed to next week.
