Eight women and children have been arrested on suspicion of being part of a terrorist training camp on the outskirts of Tanzania's biggest city Dar es Salaam. It is the latest in a number of high-profile arrests in East Africa that have led to concerns that terrorists may be trying to spread their influence. Dan Ashby reports.
