Tavern safety has again come under the spotlight following a number of recent violent incidents at liquor outlets across the country. In these incidents, attacks involving firearms and violent altercations inside taverns led to multiple deaths and injuries, turning social spaces into scenes of tragedy and leaving communities traumatised.
