A new automated trading system launched by Uganda's securities exchange has already seen over 800 million U.S dollars in transactions, and 109 million shares changing hands. The new system has been up and running for two months and is being hailed as a success despite the country's poor performance in markets. CCTV's Hillary Ayesiga has this report.
