The UN has announced that talks to end the conflict in Libya, four years after the ouster of former Libyan dictator Muammar al-Gaddafi, would go ahead. They are scheduled for Monday, but with one of the two opposing factions still to arrive, hopes are again fading. CCTV's Noel Mwakugu has the details.
