A joint ministerial meeting by the UN Economic Commission for Africa and the Africa Union in Senegal collapsed at the weekend. Morocco objected to the participation of representatives from Western Sahara. The region is under Moroccan rule, but it's been seeking independence. CGTN's Kathryn Omwandho reports.
