A number of illegal immigrants crossing from Zimbabwe into South Africa saw their chances run out when they were apprehended by officials of the Border Management Authority near the borderline at Beitbridge as hundreds of holiday-makers were making their way back into the country.

BMA officers tracked down and arrested two individuals believed to be enablers who facilitate the illegal movement of undocumented foreign nationals in the bush between the border fence and the Beitbridge port of entry.

In the meantime numbers across all ports of entry in the country have observed a drastic influx of travelers returning to the country in the last 24 hours.
