WeBuyCars has committed to creating more jobs, pay a R2.5 million fine and refund more than R3.4 million to 31 customers, after the National Consumer Commission found its contracts breached the Consumer Protection Act. The National Consumer Tribunal has confirmed the settlement as a binding order.
