Residents of Windsorton in the Northern Cape have raised concern about an incomplete R 34 million oxidation pound constructed nine years ago.

An oxidation pond is a shallow pond designed to treat sewage, using air and sunlight.

The residents have accused the Dikgatlong Local Municipality of failing to provide adequate service delivery.
