Foreign owned Zimbabwean companies could be facing a further tax if a proposed empowerment levy to promote local control of foreign firms is pushed through. The Government says the 10% tax will fund community trusts to invest in businesses, but as Farai Mwakutuya reports there are concerns it will push foreign investors away.
