Northern Cape Education MEC, Abraham Vosloo has heaped praises on parents, teachers as well as his team- for the province's steady improvement in the Matric pass rate. This is after Basic Education Minister Siviwe Gwarube, announced the Northern Cape- as the most improved province, in terms of the pass rate. The province came out sixth, with a pass rate of 87.79%.
