In the past seven days, the Border Management Authority has processed over 350,000 people at the Lebombo Border Post.

Commissioner Dr. Michael Masiapato revealed that a land port record was set yesterday with 30,152 individuals processed, bringing the festive season aggregate to just over half a million. Despite these efforts, the post continues to experience long, snake-like queues as of Christmas Day 2025.
