African heads of state, ministers and delegates have gathered in N'Djamena, Chad, for the African Water Forum to address the continent's worsening water insecurity. According to the World Health Organization, around 400 million people across Africa still lack access to safely managed drinking water services, underscoring the urgent need for coordinated action.
