The leadership of the ANC in KwaZulu-Natal is on its way out. Speaking to journalists on the third day of the party's National General Council, party Secretary-General Fikile Mbalula said that the Provincial Task Team set up in February this year has proved to be a disappointment due to its preoccupation with positions rather than rebuilding the organisation.
