The ANC Provincial Task Team in KwaZulu-Natal will soon be disbanded. This is according to ANC Secretary-General, Fikile Mbalula, who described the interim structure as a total failure. The PTT was appointed earlier this year, after the Provincial structure was reconfigured. It was brought in to revive and strengthen the branches in the province following the party's electoral decline from 54% to 17% in the 2024 polls.
