ANC NEC member Mamoloko Kubayi has warned against leaders who are detached from reality but only want to contest power.
Kubayi was delivering a keynote address on the 7th ANC Nelson Mandela Regional Conference underway at Nelson Mandela University in Gqeberha.
Incumbent Nelson Mandela Metro Mayor, Babalwa Lobishe, was re-elected as the Chairperson of the region with 98 votes, beating Wandisile Jikeka by 23 votes.
