Ghana's armed forces had to be called in to quell clashes between supporters of President-elect Nana Akufo-Addo and John Mahama. The drama started before Akufo-Addo's ceremonial swearing-in, when a lawmaker stole a ballot box. Despite being recognized as president by Ghana's electoral commission and outside observers, the election results have been strongly disputed by the opposition. DW's Christine Mhundwa speaks to political analyst Esther Armah in Accra.
