What followed was a decade of chaos and violence.

Now, the Gaddafi name is back in the spotlight.

Muammar Gaddafi's son, Saif Al Islam, has registered to run for president in next month's elections.

Saif is wanted by the International Criminal Court for alleged crimes against humanity.

So what are his chances?

And will the UN-mandated election unite or create more divisions?
