Former UFC middleweight champion Dricus du Plessis, with the help of the City of Cape Town, will host a Mixed Martial Arts event in the Mother City early next year.
Du Plessis says it's a dream come true as he doesn't see himself doing anything else other than being involved in the sport.
He hasn't been in action since losing his UFC middleweight title to Khamzat Chimaev in August via a unanimous decision.
