ISIL militants have once again claimed responsibility for the Russian plane crash in Egypt - this time in an online video. The Egyptian government has, meanwhile, held a press conference on the latest findings of the ongoing investigation. But for some - they felt that came too late. Yasser Hakim has more out of Cairo.
