A lost ancient city has been discovered in Egypt - the largest ever found in Egypt, according to the team that discovered it.
Famed Egyptologist Zahi Hawass announced the discovery of the “lost golden city” on April 8, saying the site was uncovered while searching for the mortuary temple of King Tutankhamun near Luxor, home of the legendary Valley of the Kings.

Al Jazeera’s Andrew Chappelle reports.
