Ekurhuleni Metro Police Department Chief Jabulani Mapiyeye will continue his testimony at the Madlanga Commission on Friday.

Mapiyeye is expected to continue testifying about the alleged links between his deputy police chief Brigadier Julius Mkhwanazi and suspected criminal cartel member Vusimuzi "Cat" Matlala.

Proceedings will begin at 9:30am at the Bridgette Mabandla Justice College in Pretoria. We now join the SABC News team of Ayanda Nyathi and Canny Maphanga live from Pretoria.
