Fire crews have contained a blaze at Laborie Wine Estate at Paarl in the Boland. The Drakenstein Municipality says the fires at the Cucina Di Giovanni restaurant and the first wing of the accommodation facilities were brought under control, and damping-down operations are now underway. The Manor House and the second accommodation wing are no longer under threat.
