Mopping up operations have gotten underway at a private wine estate in Paarl in the Boland following a fire that gutted a few structures inside the premises of the colonial building at the Laborie Wine Estate. At the time of the blaze ground crews had been deployed and now they are back on the scene to prevent the flur ups from spreading. Emergency services also reportedly evacuated guests and visitors as a precaution.
