Devastating scenes of grief and heartbreak unfolded at the funeral service of five members of the Early Childhood Development (ECD) Congress who died in a crash between a vehicle and a truck a week ago while travelling to Durban. Families and friends shared heartfelt tributes at the Meloding Sports Centre in Virginia in the Free State. The tragic crash took place on the N3 between Van Reenen's Pass and Montrose.
