Gambling regulatory bodies from across Southern Africa, including Botswana, Kenya, Swaziland and Tanzania, are expected to gather at the Sun City Resort in North West for the Gaming Regulators Africa Forum.
The event, from the 17th to the 21st of November, will put a spotlight on the growing challenge of illegal gambling.
Experts say both physical and online gambling platforms target the most vulnerable members of society, exposing them to addiction and financial exploitation.
