Remember these names… Emmah Dhladhla, Nonkoluleko Mndebele, and Zanele Dlamini.

All three women were allegedly killed by their boyfriends in the past five weeks in Bethal, Mpumalanga.

The surge in gender based violence cases has left the community and police deeply concerned.

On Monday, the accused men appeared in the Bethal Magistrate's Court.

They have all been remanded in custody.
