Police Minister, Senzo Mchunu, who's currently on special leave, has told the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry that he's never engaged himself in any encrypted communication with anyone.
Mchunu says he has no knowledge of corruption within the police service beyond what has been presented as evidence since the commission began its hearings.
