Retired Ekurhuleni Metro Police Deputy Chief, Revo Spies, has complained about the incompetence in the City of Ekurhuleni. Spies told the Madlanga Commission that he was suspended from work two weeks before his retirement date on the 28 of February this year.
He says considering the drastic conditions attached to his suspension, he declared a dispute with the employer, the matter of which is sitting this week, months after he left office.
